Sorry if we got your hopes up, but there's no baby yet. We're scheduled to go in Thursday morning to be induced, but Amy has a doctor's appointment Wednesday and we might know more then.
We just wanted to let you know that we will try to post on our blog when our little one comes, but if we can't post, we will be able to leave an audioblog. Check back periodically and maybe one day you'll hear one of us telling you about our little girl arriving!!!

So, you'll appreciate this comment from Caleb. He wanted to know if Labor Day is named for women going into labor. He said he thought that a lot of women must go into labor around Labor Day, since Amy Babb is the only pregnant woman he could think of and she's going to have a baby this week. Made sense to him.
Does this mean we have to stop calling him "Baby Carter" since he won't be the baby?
