Thanksgiving Dinner at CDO taken and sent by my new cell phone. Too fun!!

Carter had a great time playing soccer this year. His games were at 8am every Saturday. YUCK!! But they were a lot of fun. Each child got to play for about half the game and cheer on his teammates for the other half. Carter had a great time RUNNING around. Millie loved getting to say 'GO CARTER'. I laughed until I cried at a couple of the games. Carter's main thing was making sure we were watching him. He would run down the field not even paying attention to the ball, just watching the sidelines to make sure we weren't missing anything. TOO funny!!

Something new

Ok I've been gone awhile. I'm trying something new. I know, I know everyone just wants to see pics. But I was trying smilebox out anyway so I thought I would post these. Something's better than nothing, right?!?

Carter's birthday falls right in the middle of hurricane season. His 1st birthday was hit by Rita and this year we had to move inside thanks to Gustav. But I think they had a much better time in the lower gym than they would have had outside.

Millie is 2!!!

Millie had a great 2nd birthday today. We had a busy day, but she managed to open a 'few' gifts. Her first present was from Memaw & Pappy (my mom's parents), a cute little cupcake dress. So she had to wear it to our first night of AWANA's. Her favorite gift was from Nana and Pop, a baby and stroller. The Big Dora from Mrs. Kim was a close second, but we opened it too late to get any pictures.

Carter was right in the middle of everything. He had a hard time grasping the idea that HIS birthday will be in 2 weeks. And he thought that he needed everything that Millie got. He even told Nana that he wanted a boy doll with a boy stroller :)

A day of golf

An unplanned trip to the golf course might have turned into the cutest picture EVER!! Don't they just look too cool. Millie hung out mostly with me and Leigh Anne but when it came to picture time she was right there with the boys.
